YSF conducts apprenticeship awareness programme
Yuvashakti Foundation (Registered TPA) in association with SIDCUL Manufacturers Association, Uttarakhand has organized the Apprenticeship Awareness workshop at Hotel Yashail, Haridwar to make the industries aware about recent amendments in Apprenticeship Act, NAPS 2.0 guidelines. Apprenticeship Training Scheme is one of the most important sources of supply of skilled workforce to the industry.
The workshop was addressed by Mr. Mayank Agrawal, Jt. Director – Apprenticeship, Skill Development & Training, Uttarakhand, Ms. Ankita Rana, Sate Engagement Officer, National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Mr. Satish Pawar, Director – Training, Yuvashakti Foundation (YSF)
Government has taken multiple initiatives like Make in India , Skill India for economic development and generating formal employment. These initiates have increased the demand for skilled workforce.
It has been realized that Apprenticeship Training Scheme is one of the most important sources of supply of skilled workforce to the industry. Government is making many industries friendly amendments in Apprenticeship Act.
Under apprenticeship female candidates also have huge opportunity all in the services sector like hospitality, travel tourism, healthcare, Retail, Banking & insurance Sector.

Mr. Vikramditya Pawar, Director, Yuvashakti Foundation has taken huge efforts to organized the workshop. Yuvashakti Foundation Haridwar Branch Manager Aman Singh & Sweta Singh has taken good effort to coordinate with establishments to make them aware about recent changes in apprenticeship.
