In the Sant Sammelan organized at Shriji Vatika in Haridwar, the saints from all over the country have put their stamp on one nation one election and Vande Mataram complete song. The saints said that at this time one nation one election and Vande Mataram complete song are important issues before the country and those who are opposing these in the name of Muslim appeasement are traitors and a case of treason should be filed against them for opposing Vande Mataram complete song. These resolutions were passed in the presence of Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan and Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami in the Sant Sammelan of saints.Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, addressing the Sant Sammelan, emphasized the power and necessity of “One Nation, One Election.” Describing frequent elections as a hindrance to the country’s progress, he called on the Sant Samaj to raise public awareness for this constitutional change.Union Minister Chauhan openly supported the demand and resolution raised by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, calling the concept of “One Nation, One Election” essential in the interest of the country. Chauhan also said that Congress is opposing the entire song of Vande Mataram in the name of conformity. He said that when the Vande Mataram national anthem was divided under pressure from the Muslim League at the Congress session in 1937, the beginning of the partition of the country was already laid. Ten years later, in 1947, the country was divided due to Congress. He said that today Congress is opposing the entire song of Vande Mataram in the name of Muslim appeasement. He said that this will be opposed in collaboration with saints and sages across the country and now the country will not be allowed to be divided again and the public will give a befitting reply to such nationalist forces.Chouhan said that frequent elections are affecting the nation’s pace of development and public service and are wasting a lot of time, money and administrative energy. Shivraj Singh said that due to frequent elections, studies in schools are disrupted, the administrative machinery is busy in election preparations and the pace of development work reaching the public slows down. He said that if the time and expenditure spent on election preparations, which according to reports reach lakhs of crores, can be stopped, the country will benefit. Chouhan said that if Lok Sabha and Assembly elections are held together, resources will be saved, election related time will be saved and administrative attention will be focused on development. He appealed to the saint community to help in creating public awareness through their presence and power of speech. Chauhan said that with the blessings of saints and the widespread influence of their disciples, this idea can spread rapidly in the country and become a strong public inspiration for the national interest, transcending political parties. He also requested that saints support “One Nation, One Election” in their sermons to generate enthusiasm among the public and pave the way for constitutional amendment. Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, citing the steps taken by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on this issue and the bill, supported him and said that this work is not just a matter of one party, but of the entire country. If the country progresses, parties will also survive.Chauhan sought the blessings of the saints and the public present and appealed for their support of the full form of Vande Mataram. He said that with the support of the saints, the pledge of “One Nation, One Election” can be fulfilled, and this will pave the way for India’s prosperity, development, and self-reliance.Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan called on the saint community to support the full form of Vande Mataram in their sermons and to instill in the public the sense that there should be no controversy in venerating the nation’s motherland. He said that when the voices of saints awaken the public, no one will dare to oppose the full singing of Vande Mataram.Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that “One Nation, One Election” is not a political issue, but a national issue related to national interest, good governance, public welfare, and better utilization of the country’s resources. India is the world’s largest democracy and elections are like festivals in democracy, but the ongoing electoral process also impacts governance and development work. The Chief Minister said that frequent elections, coupled with the enforcement of the Code of Conduct, require the deployment of a large number of administrative officials, teachers, police, and security forces for election-related duties. If holding simultaneous elections nationwide saves public funds and resources and allows the administration more time for public service and development work, it will be an important step toward strengthening democracy. The Chief Minister said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken an important initiative to advance the concept of “One Nation, One Election” by bringing it to the center of national debate. A sustained pace of development is essential to realize the vision of a developed India by 2047. Today, India is among the world’s fastest-growing economies, and at this time, the government should devote maximum time to development, employment, education, health, and infrastructure.Urging saints and sages to guide society on this important national issue, the Chief Minister said that in India’s eternal tradition, the saint community has always served to guide the nation and society. He said that our resolve is to strengthen democracy, ensure continuous development, preserve culture, and ensure that the nation remains supreme. On this occasion, National President of All India Akhara Parishad and President of Mansa Devi Temple Trust, Shri Mahant Doctor Ravindra Puri Maharaj said that today the countryThere is a great need for one nation one election and the complete song of Vande Mataram.
